浙江大学医学院附属第一医院肝胆胰外科教授、主任医师。教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授、国家自然科学杰出青年基金获得者、国家”万人计划”科技创新领军人才。
现任浙江大学医学院副院长、浙江大学器官移植研究所副所长。兼任中华医学会器官移植学分会副主任委员、全国肝移植学组组长。以第一或通讯作者在Gut、J 等国际著名期刊发表多篇学术论文。

团队主要研究方向
（1）移植肿瘤学、移植免疫学与代谢病研究；
（2）肝癌分子分型与精准治疗研究。
基本条件：
1、近三年获得国内C9高校或第四轮学科评估A+学科或海外顶尖大学博士学位；
2、身体健康，年龄不超过32周岁；
3、在国际著名期刊发表学术论文，具有优异的学术发展潜力；
4、富有工作责任心、团队合作精神和诚信道德。
岗位和待遇：
1、 在合作导师指导下开展创新性研究。
2、 项目入选者年薪30-45万免联考在职研究生，其他补助视情况再定。
3、 项目入选者在资助期内享受学校学科博士后相关福利，可申报全国博士后管理委员会相关博士后项目，同时也可以海外顶尖大学访问学者身份申请校外资助的其他经费。
4、 学校提供博士后公寓（面议）。
5、 入选者在聘期内学术能力和业绩表现优秀者，出站后可申请学校“百人计划”或特聘研究员岗位，进入浙江大学预聘师资队伍。
