英国公立南威尔士大学来访我校
9月21日，英国公立南威尔士大学学生事务部主管 、国际部Sam Huang来访我校，走进课堂与师生互动交流。
两位老师走进金贸系和外语系课堂，为大一年级新生带来了丰富的英式课堂体验。老师用纯正的英式英语与学生们做简单交流并且为学生介绍了南威尔士大学的基本情况。Sam老师以幽默风趣的教学风格与学生们交流了英国文化，以及在英国如何学习、如何生活以及留学生可享受的福利等。
授课之后，学生们踊跃提问，老师们给予耐心地解答。两校合作的“2+1”和“2+2”本硕连读项目英国南威尔士大学 学费，该项目学习时间短、学习成本低、奖学金丰厚，为学生快速提升学历搭建了良好的平台。学生在中侨学院学习2年的专业课程后赴南威尔士大学攻读一年专业课程，双方学分互认，3年的时间学生可获得中侨学院专科学历及南威尔士大学本科学位，本科毕业后可以免试继续在该校攻读一年制硕士学位。目前，我校已有3名学生在南威尔士大学本科在读，另有 14名学生正在准备材料，即将于2018年6月出发攻读本科学位。此外，我校已于2016年、2017年暑假期间分别组织为期两周的英国短期访学夏令营活动，2018年将继续开展该活动。
本次南威尔士大学的来访，为有志开拓国际视野、体验多元文化的学生们提供了一个良好的学习交流平台。
